To all dear Balls and Cylpebs’s Patrons,
The world that we are currently in is not the one that we prefer. We are navigating through a choppy ocean which seems to be bit vaster than we had expected. The everyday challenges, unjust and misfortune that the virus has brought with it, is simply unprecedented and unimaginable. .
Whilst our heart goes out for all COVID warriors, who are at the front line putting their life at risk to support humanity and serve them in best possible way. In much the similar way, our associates are all set. We are doing everything possible we can to keep our employees and partners safe. This is so because we shoulder great responsibilities.
At Balls and Cylpebs Limited, our commitment to ensure business continuity is superseding and we have adapted to the new ways of life in a short span. I wanted to share with you how we’re prepared to help you get through the rough wave. We have prepared our associates to look forward and handle the demands of this new reality. Our situational trainings have improvised the work culture which is a great successful .We will inculcate new practices that are in best interest of the wellbeing of our loyal customers, associates and our partners.
We intend to restart our productions and open our manufacturing units in our plants, with stringent & 100% safety measures and guidelines laid down by our government. We are committed to follow the Health & sanitation Standards for every employee across all levels and our management teams.
Due to the current scenario we might not be able to start our operations immediately with full capacity, but slowly and steadily we shall work it out as situation improves. At present due to welfare of our members, we shall have only 2/4 of manpower capacity in our manufacturing units and we would have a uniform roster system, where in every one remains employed has equal opportunity to contribute and support.
Personal hygiene and social distancing shall play a key role in all our units and factories. Everyday screening of members and sanitation of the premises shall be a new normal.
Every single member of our team is assured that they are safe in their workplace, as safe they are at home.
We have incredible associates who stand for you all. They relentlessly work amidst these dark hours and hark back all in a connection that is forever strong. We all shall remember these days we stood with forbearance, consideration and empathy.
